β β β β β Dr. Alex is an excellent ND. She helped me with issues related to hormone imbalance and digestion. She was thorough and clear in her intake as she patiently gathered my medical history at our first visit. She continued to provide exceptional care as she helped me to balance my hormones and understand the things that triggered my IBS and what I could do to live a more comfortable healthy lifestyle. She also lead a workshop on herbal teas that was incredibly interesting and educational. I came away with a tea blended of herbs specific to my ailments/health concerns. I would absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Alex if you would like to understand your health better and are tired of Western medical techniques.
