Mise à jour 1er août 2018 : le nouveau magasin Doyon Després à Drummondville sur le boulevard René-Levesque est extraordinaire. Grand choix d'articles de cuisine avec une belle ambiance. Il y a de la place pour se déplacer sans risquer de faire tomber quoi que ce soit. L'éclairage permet de bien voir. Le personnel est sympatique, souriant et répond bien aux questions. En un mot félicitations! J'adore ce magasin!
It doesn't look like a kitchen supply store. In general the employees seem to be able to advise us well. (Former local on rue St-Pierre at the time of Doyon cuisine)
Update August 1, 2018: the new Doyon Després store in Drummondville on René-Levesque Boulevard is extraordinary. Large selection of kitchen items with a nice atmosphere. There is room to move around without risking anything falling. The lighting allows you to see well. The staff are friendly, cheerful and answer questions well. In short, congratulations! I love this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trois personnes , trois versions différentes sur la garantie de ma saliere lollll .... le prix beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs... veux meme pas ajuster a la baisse pour competionner Stokes... 39,99 chez Stokes et lui 64$ exactement le meme article. C'est certain que je vais pas acheter ma cafetière à expresso là... pas trop trop d'affaire cette boutique!
Three people, three different versions on the guarantee of my salt shaker lollll .... the price much more expensive than elsewhere ... not even want to adjust downward to compete Stokes ... 39.99 at Stokes and him $ 64 exactly the same article. Je vais acheter une poêle mentionnant que je voulais quelque chose qui ne colle pas, la vendeuse m'en propose une et je l'achète. La poêle colle! Retourne les voir 5 jour après l'achat et je me fais dire que c'est sur que ca colle cette poêle là, que c'est pour saisir... Ca l'air que mon explication "poêle qui colle pas" portait à confusion ??♀️... Bref, après 45min de chialage j'ai réussi à avoir un remboursement de seulement 80% du prix de la poêle!!! J'ai parler au gérant qui était présent et il m'a carrément ri dans face me disant que sa vendeuse c'était impossible qu'elle se soit trompé... Je vous déconseille fortement d'acheter là!
Worst customer service ever!
I am going to buy a frying pan mentioning that I wanted something that does not stick, the saleswoman offers me one and I buy it. The pan sticks! Go back and see them 5 days after the purchase and I am told that it is for sure that this pan sticks there, that it is to grab ... It looks like my explanation "pan that does not stick" was related to confusion ??♀️ ... In short, after 45min of whining I managed to get a refund of only 80% of the price of the pan !!! I spoke to the manager who was present and he actually laughed in my face telling me that his saleswoman it was impossible that she was wrong ... I strongly advise you not to buy there!
