★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is that i was super happy with this place. They are very professional and very nice people all around. I have gone to a few mechanic shops in the city and Dover auto centre was definitely the best one. They are very honest with what needs to be done and what doesn’t. They are definitely not there to Squeeze money out of your pockets. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know. Thank you guys keeps up the honest work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2016 nissan was experiencing delays, felt heavy, stalling, and would sometimes not accelerate. And then the check engine light came on. I went to a mechanic near me in the NE and they did a diagnosis and turned the light off. But they told me it could be a transmission issue and to take it to the dealership. I went to the Nissan Sunridge (where I originally got the car) and explained the issue very clearly. They charged me $190 for a basic diagnosis and then said to look at the actual transmission would be $170 more. And they said that to fix the transmission (if there were issues bc they didnt know bc they didn’t check) would be $7000.
I went to Dover Auto and Arif and his mechanics fixed it up for $90. They were prompt and worked with me to understand the issue. Even talked to my dad on the phone so he could explain to them too. I highly recommend their services because this is the first mechanic shop that I felt that I wasn’t being scammed/ripped off. I went to a mechanic and the dealership, neither helped me. But Arif’s shop had my car fixed up in an hour or so. I’m very grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke down and was towed here. I am from the US snd other shops said it would be a week. Luckily the tow truck driver knew these guys. They got me fixed and in my way. Very reasonable price. Very friendly. I would come here again.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used spare and trailer hitch for my MDX. Tire was OK but in poor condition for the price. Trailer hitch was not the correct fit for my SUV and even if it would have fit, it was also in very poor condition. So far he has refused to take back the trailer hitch and refund my money. Maybe they do reasonable repairs but don't waste your money on buying used parts from them. I would not recommend this business. 0 stars.
