★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird sales tactics, don't know how or where their employees get their trainings done. I mean, after we were already sold on the mattresses and pillows combined of over $2000, you think they'd take the win huh? No no no, they just had to ramble on for an extra 20 mins try to convince us to buy the protective cover sheet and pillow case! annoyed the f@#k out of me till the point I just dragged my wife outta there. "But sir, what about these mattresses and pillows, you haven't paid for them yet?" "You can keep them and your damn covers!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Moe Lakzit went out of his way to try to get the size of pillow that I thought I needed. They were out of stock, so he called other branches to see whether they had any. No luck. I brought the smaller pillow which it turns out was what I needed anyways.
No complaints. Very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to be buying a extra firm mattress, less than 6 months mattress sinks. Before buying, they say if there is a defect it is guaranteed, not to worry (which explains why their prices are higher), now they want sinking to be more than 1,5 inch to be exchanged. Very poor services from the inspector. All they want is your money. After you are left on your own...
Will never buy from them again.

This is the right place to go for a new mattress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to buy a new mattress, but had to wait at the door for a sales person. No right to even look at what they had. After 10 min's waiting we left. Pity that a company that spends so much on advertising, bails on it's potential customers like that. Big marketing mistake.

The salesperson wrote down all our information wrong (probably in a hurry to make his sale), and when asked to correct it, he didn't even bother. We can't log in to make our payments cause it's so messed up. Called back a few times to fix it, bad attitude and bad service each time. I do not recommend this store.
Dormez-vous yes, but Dix30 no.
