★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Delivery man was missing an item, didn't want to help solve the problem. Called my sales person, who told me I would need to come in the shop to get the item or wait 3 more weeks. When I asked for his manager, he lied and told me he didn't have one and deferred me to the 1800 number for customer support. The 1800 number sorted it out in the end, after being on hold for 45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emerson at the ch.Cote Des Neiges location was beyond helpful and gave us such good customer service- He is much more friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating that other employees I have encountered at different locations. Go see Emerson on CDN for all your mattress needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking for a mattress, overall the service was okay. the salesman didn't have any salesman skills, i had to ask all the questions and greet him when i entered. there wasn't even anyone else in the store. they obviously have great mattresses but mediocre service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed the mattress for the weekend because a special guest was arriving. Lots of better deals online but we decided to go with our local store so we can look into someone's eyes and get the commitment to deliver on time. The mattress was not delivered on the delivery day, and obviously we kept calling every phone number we could get our hand on. The store was not open. It was a disaster. Eventually, I had to rent a truck, go to the warehouse outside of Montreal and pick it up. With no experience delivering mattresses, my truck was smaller than the king size mattress I bought and wind got the mattress off the truck on the highway. Disaster after disaster. All this extra work and trouble was in the middle a stressful enough move. No apologies were made. No efforts to right their mistake. At one point they accused us of giving them the wrong address which was a total lie based on the delivery address on my receipt.
