Since I didn’t know how to describe my preference, he let me try a few types at first and lead him with “softer” or “firmer” as criteria until we narrowed it down to my perfect fit. He also explained the differences to me and was never pushy, giving me the time and space to try the different mattresses out until I was satisfied, and even had me reverdit the mattress I liked at the end to make sure it was really my best fit after trying so many different ones.

We were served by Vincent, and he was absolutely amazing. I ended up purchasing the TempurPedic Pro Adapt in Soft with the adjustable Ergo frame. All i can say is wow. Incredible product, but more importantly great service at the store. Ask for Vincent, you will not be disappointed!!

They were even proactive for rescheduling delivery when there was a chance we might enter another full lockdown. I was very impressed with every person I spoke to by phone and everyone went very smoothly.
