★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone. VERY BAD SHOP. I did inspection 4 times on this place, and this mechanic charged very big money for every inspection and did alots of problem for me. Last time I paid money for full inspection and mechanic don't want to finish (check again) my car, I called over 10 times and can't make appointment. This guys works only for charge money from people's, and after that don't want work any more, I not recomend this shop. Please Nechako brake & wheel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doug is a great guy to go to. He has great customer service and really cares about making your vehicle last as long as possible through preventative maintenance. He brings you in to have a chat and goes over your concerns with you. After a few hours you will get a call and he will go over your options with you and give you a quote. This is a very accurate number, and the work is guaranteed for 20,000km or 1 Year. Super great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our go to family mechanic, then we spent $1700 on rear end issues that still caused issues with tires. Then it was our fault for not keeping up on prior maintenance and not changing every bearing possible when they advised not to change bearings that didn't need changing. Asked them to quote fixing completely so new tires weren't garbage in 2 months. They kept it for couple days then finally phoned for us to come pick up vehicle saying they didn't have time and to try next week. Sure, it's only money guys.

I have used them for years and they have always been straight up, honest and professional. These guys have always gone to the extra mile. I have sent lots of friends there and they were also pleased about their experiences with Done Right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont believe the 1 star reviews. These guys do good work, are reasonably priced and are very friendly. The 1 star reviews are troll accounts because they wouldn't pass inspection on someone's shoddy driveway hack work. I will recommend Done Right Auto anyone who needs mechanical repairs.
