★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been renting off them for months now, and the service is alright. Employees are very helpful. They tip the bins sideways, so make sure to store stuff safe from falling over. When loaded on a truck everything tips back, but in the yard they use a big fork lift. Everything needs to be safe to be tipped in every direction. Your bin will be stacked up with others, and there usually isn't enough room to access the door when in the stack. Need to request it to be lowered down 24hr in advance. Makes it pretty secure when they are in the stack.

Communication at all times was positive, honest and calming. I would not hesitate to recommend BigSteelBox to anyone that is interested in doing a partial DIY move. You will not be disappointed!

When I forgot the key to my container in another town, he was super helpful and went out of his way to make a solution work for me. The billing staff were also polite and timely. It was a convenient and efficient service for my move!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent organization! All of the agents that we dealt with from Prince George office to Maple Ridge (Langley office) were phenomenal. We didn’t have a large move, but the cost comparison was excellent with all the options out there (I called them all!) 1000 times better than a disgusting uhaul that you drive yourself and honestly not that more expensive. Your time and sanity is definitely worth the extra $$, not to mention the excellent customer service!

The storage option was very reasonably priced, the drivers professional and communications with the office were excellent. For a DIY move it has been as good as could have been expected. We feel we definitely made the right choice with BSB.
