★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty some of these reviews seem biased, I dont review often but I feel like some people expect too much from a fast food eatery and those same people are eating drive thru food without noticing how even worse it is, the food is delicious and always fast. I have to say the hot sauce tastes house made which I've tried other donair places and they dont use a fresh made hot sauce, the veggies are fresh and the portion you get for the price is unbelievably fair given the market we are in today. People expect way too much from a privately owned business over an $8 meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be much better. I am customer for a few years and getting disappointed with quality. On top of my salad should be feta cheese now you can see only traces of it.
They charge the package to a smaller one (you can see the difference between my picture and other reviews)
but price is still the same.
In salad you get so much more cucumbers and just a few pieces of tomato and peppers.

Replying to the owner, you are doing business to people. You supposed to treat your customers nicely or at least speak politely, if she has a bad day I recommend she should take a day off to rest rather than to be rude to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the food is not bad, the customer service is lacking. We have not impressed by the staff on more than one occasion but today was the worst.
We were served by a woman who was incredibly curt. She was unfriendly and very abrasive. This place is conveniently located which is why I've come back when I'm short on time but I'm less inclined to do so moving forward. This lady's bad manners make think it's time to take my dollars elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and service is okay, hence the two stars.
The incident happened when I went in and two of the ladies were organizing Swiffer products on the cutting board. Told them they shouldn't really put anything other than food there, and one of the ladies started wiping the cutting boards with Clorox Disinfecting Multi-purpose wipes. Told her again she shouldn't be using those wipes before preparing food because those wipes contain harsh chemicals. She kept telling me this place was clean and they used the wipes for everything. Asked her if she used the wipes for her cutting boards at home, and she said yes with confidence. I googled those wipes and it specifically says on the website "This product is not for use on dishes, glassware or eating utensils." If a restaurant does not have a common sense on where to clean with what, I do not know if I want to go back there.

On that day, I saw two female staff wiping the cutting board with the Clorox wipes. Why would I even care about what she does at home? She was wiping with it just as I was placing my order and that's when I mentioned it to her. If she is saying something different to you, she is not telling you the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donair is okay. Nothing special or out of the ordinary.
Service is okay. The store didn’t look that clean or organized maybe because Indoor dinning is closed and they don’t really do anything inside the area.
I didn’t like the big plastic that was hanging there. Made the place look weird. You can spend a few $$ and get some proper plexiglass. At least you can be safe and the shop won’t look weird.
