We had a great experience working with Vijay, who led us through all purchase procedures. We inspected this car at our mechanic's and after that signed a purchase agreement. Thanks Don Valley North Toyota and thanks Vijay for outstanding service and experience. We will definitely come back to Don Valley North Toyota to buy another car in the future.
D	Devang N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience purchasing the car. It was fantastic, 5 stars for that. The problem started when my 4-day old car got a flat tire. I dropped it off at DVN Toyota. I was called and told the replacement tire was in stock so I was proactive and returned to the dealership closer to EOD only to find out that the tire was actually not in stock. I lament the time I wasted coming back but that's fine, service said it would be ready the next day. What really upset me is, after paying almost $300 to replace a tire, I picked up my car with the driver side mirror reversed. I notified the service advisor who was apologetic and cordial, however, being "really busy" is not an excuse for lack of attention to detail, especially when customers are forking over money for repairs on brand new cars. If the dealership is that busy, they need to hire more people to cope with the work. DVN's customer review sheet says they aim to treat us like their grandmother. If grandma didn't notice her mirror was reversed and pulled out of the dealership, she'd be in big, big trouble.

The experience was as good as at another Toyota dealership where I have my car serviced. The best part is that the process is well organized, professionally handled and pleasant. I opted to wait for my service to be completed, and got the call in about an hour. While waiting there was ample seating and room to walk around, including the showroom and outside if you are so inclined. One special feature here is the large viewing window into the service bay.

An attendant approaches you to take your license plate number and odometer. He also wraps your seat and steering wheel with clear plastic. You leave your keys in the vehicle and proceed to check in at the desk. I feel like the check in counter is counterintuitive. Why not just head straight to an advisor? Then you are called to a service advisor for your appointment. The waiting area Is now spread out across the dealership because of Covid with lots of physical distancing measures. There are two large service bay windows to view your car being serviced on. Usually the service is followed up with a complimentary car wash through the automatic system. But I would highly go against that offering as it doesn't do a good job. It actually left my vehicle with debris from other cars. Overall, the experience is 4/5. It's above average but nothing exceptional.

He was very well mannered, spoke clearly and paid attention to all the details. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his passion to the work he does.
