★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say this review is specific to the film development. The service I received on location was amazing. I'm used to the film photo stores from Montreal, but had an extra roll I forgot to develop so I came here. It was double the price of what I usually pay, but figured it was my only option in Central Canada. When I got the photos back, they were scanned strangely with way too much sharpening and contrast, ruining the natural grain from my roll and darkening the images. Not sure if this is common or a rare occasion, but it's just a heads up for anyone looking for scans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For $20 I would expect them to have at least some basic photography equipment, simple ones, such as lighting equipment, and a freaking tripod, and a background curtain.
They hand hold an old low-end Canon DSLR and flash it up your face to take the worst quality and unsymmetrical photo you've seen of yourself. It's shocking!!! It looks more than a mugshot than a passport photo!
At least the employees were polite, otherwise they wouldnt deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I accompanied someone to get passport photos. The staff asked us what kind of passport photo we need since different countries have different requirements (didn't know that). We didn't know the dimensions but went with a Canadian sized one. He mentioned that if it's not accepted by the non-Canadian institution that we can get a new set taken, free of charge. We ended up not needing to re-take, but that was great!
