★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good enough for what it is which is a fast food pizza place. They always have coupons online so be sure to check those out before you order. Also if you order quite a bit from dominoes they have a loyalty program where you get a free pizza after 6 orders. This place always has good quality pizza and the thin crust was pretty good too almost like a cracker with toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to dominos, I live nearby and the delivery is always so quick and the delivery drivers are always so nice. I’ve never had any issues and I love ordering online. Every once and a while I forget I have a free pizza waiting there for me...great loyalty program and coupons! Also out of the very many dominos locations I’ve ordered from this one is at the top when it comes to quality and instructions and I have the same order everywhere...subbing pizza sauce for BBQ sauce is a game changer people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought pizza from here before but tonight was totally bad. I overpaid compared to the other Domino's on Niagara for the same pizza with delivery and I got pick up. Pizza was so over cooked. I had my own pizza place 10 yrs ago so I know what to look for. Totally felt like I was being ripped off from the beginning but everyone at home was hungry send o already placed the order. Will not order from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, my son and I always order from this location, I decided to redeem my free pizza , they give you 2 toppings, always pepperoni and green olives for me, for some reason the order didn’t show the pepperoni, so my son asked if they could add pepperoni and they said no, we will have to pay extra ! What is the point of a free pizza that you have to pay for the pepperoni that should be part of the 2 free toppings! Bad customer service, I understand if I was asking for extra toppings aside of the 2 offered on the free pizza, they need to learn how to deal properly with the customers! They don’t even deserve 1 star, even when the orders are correct they always burn the pizzas that we ask to be lightly baked!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When this place opened they used to make good pizza . But the last few times we ordered pizza they were not prepared and cooked nice . Also the staff don’t seem to be following cleaning and health rules , they are touching everything and everywhere then touching the food . That turned me off , it’s very important they educate the staff and teach them how to wash their hands , specially in these times where we have COVID everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a ripofffff !!! Smallest pizza in Canada. Check out the size of their so called medium. Will never ever come here again !!! Check out the inside of the pizza. It’s supposed to be DOUBLE CHEESE with ham and pineapple. I think I counted like 3 pieces of ham. Not enough they rip you off on the size but then they also screw you on the ingredients.

Completely uncooked the dough was literally raw and I called back and the lady I spoke to on the phone said “all pan pizzas come like that if you wanted it cooked you need to ask for it well done” I think this statement alone tells you the customer service here. I asked for a remake she said no. I asked for particular credit and she said no. She said both options are impossible and dominos does not do that. I have ordered from Dominos so many times and always been rectified. This was literally such a terrible experience I don’t even know what to say. You won’t get your money back, just an inedible pizza. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE!
