★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great convenience store with a wide variety of items from produce to sewing equipment a little pricey but that is to be expected from an independently owned business there is also an RBC ATM inside which is good if you need some quick cash for whatever you may be doing in parkdale ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible - TERRIBLE customer service!!!! After finding some scratch cards in my house that I had forgotten about I decided to take them in to get checked. I have always had odd interactions with the man who works there but this one took the cake. I walked in and he wouldn't event address me until I said I wanted to get these checked. He then just pointed to the LOTO counter and said check over there. I did and a couple of them said speak to counter. So I did. He then screams at me they are expired, don't bring this to me. - I was not aware of this - I said ok well there is a winner can I get my money. He continues to scream at me and not give me my money. I tell him to please not raise his voice at me and to not take his anger out on me. (He had just kicked to kids out for god knows what). He then chucks my money at me like I am a degenerate and asks me if I don't understand English. I tell him this is terrible customer service and he yells at me to never come back. It is worth to go to the connivence store right across the road to avoid being harassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, refused to sell me something as they ‘didn’t take debit’ but then did take debit but magically didn’t have tap available for phone pay…. When I had just tapped to pay for an item that morning. Maybe it’s just the afternoon staff
