★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominion Doors and Windows is provided me the most efficient and friendly service when installing my new kitchen and bay window. It makes it seem like I have a whole new house. The managers were friendly and considerate and kind to my concerns. I wanted to keep my California shutters and Bill and Rene were able to make this happen. Thanks team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill and team did an amazing job with my windows, sliding door and basement door. I literally have the best windows on the street! The flashing that was installed around the windows is also just beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. Bill has an excellent sense of design and his feedback was really useful for me in the decision-making process in terms of colours and style (including the grills for the front windows). He was very patient at all stages and I could tell that he has a passion for the quality of his product. I am also very grateful for Bill's integrity as a business-owner and just personally - there was a mix-up with the configuration of the sliding doors and he personally made sure that it was fixed through the manufacturer, no questions asked. I am so glad I met Bill, and I will be using him again when it comes time to do the other rear windows in my house. I will also be recommending Dominion Doors & Windows to my family, friends and neighbours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominion Doors & Windows was a referral by my contractor. Bill (Dominion Windows) was great to deal with and highly experienced. He guided me on choosing the right windows and colour to enhance the look of my craftsman style home. End results - my house looks Amazing! The Installers were professional and strong attention to detail. Solid quality windows and door. Bill also followed up to ensure i was satisfied. I would high recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were initially happy with the new windows and doors that we had done by Bill and his guys at Dominion. Service was friendly, and we are happy with the look.
However, in the process, the bricks above our basement windows were damaged. We've contacted Bill numerous times, and promises have been made by Bill, however a year after the work had been completed, our bricks are still damaged and have not been replaced/ repaired. We clearly didn't set out to have our windows done, only to create more work and another expensive project for ourselves.
I will update this review if repairs are made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Dominion. We were referred to them by a friend who had used them and we are so glad that we also decided to go with them. The process went very smoothly. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us choose the types and styles of windows that would best suit each room of the house. His expertise was much appreciated. The windows were ready for installation by the date he had promised us. Alex and his team did a wonderful job installing our windows and completely transforming the look of our house. We had changed our mind about a fixed window and they were very accommodating and let us change it. Harold had a new window ready for us in two days. The customer service was amazing, as was the quality of the windows! We are so happy with our new windows and would highly recommend Dominion to anyone!

They walk you through the whole process and give you all options before making your selections. They were ready ahead of schedule which is always great. The windows we selected were exactly as advertised, we love them! Couldn't be happier and will be recommending them to all family and friends. A+++ Service.
