★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le chalet (maison) n'est pas à la hauteur des photos qui sont sur internet. Les photos sont de la poudre aux yeux. Ce chalet pourrait avoir beaucoup à offrir mais il a besoin de beaucoup de réparation. Les réparations sont faites un peu à bric à brac. Il y avait des bestioles mortes sur le tapis, des trappes à souris un peu partout, un rouleau de papier de toilette apprécié par un rongeur... des odeurs d'humidité dans certaines chambres, cuisinière mal propre. La vue arrière pourrait être très belle mais c'est plutôt répoussant... Bref, ce n'est pas invitant du tout. Dommage puisque la dame est super gentille, de service et accueillante.

The chalet (house) does not live up to the pictures on the internet. The photos are window dressing. This chalet could have a lot to offer but it needs a lot of repair. The repairs are done a bit at odds and ends. There were dead bugs on the carpet, mouse traps all over the place, a roll of toilet paper appreciated by a rodent ... smells of damp in some rooms, poorly clean stove. The rear view could be very nice but it's rather repulsive ... In short, it's not inviting at all. Too bad since the lady is super nice, helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at the Montebello estate surrounded by family and friends! Jean-Marc was very helpful and gave us a wood fire :) thank you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardest and nicest owners that I have seen in a long time. Had a hard day working but once I stepped into the hotel they made me feel very welcome. Always made sure I had what I wanted & comfortable. Will come again in the future
