★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called an hour in advance for a tire. Said the summer time was available but after showing up and waiting 1 hour, he finally realizes he only had a winter tire. Additionally he told it was 80$ on the phone but wanted to charge 120$ once I got there.
Worst place of business. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady you have answering the phones needs to be fired! You have a French speaking separatist answering the phone and that is ridiculous! Any time someone answers phones or deals in customer service, they should be bilingual! The woman refused to communicate with me so I spoke French because I live in Quebec and am bilingual!!! She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to help despite me speaking to her in the language of HER choosing! She decides to end the call with call back tomorrow and hangs up! Definitely not calling back EVER! Went with someone else who charged $180 for 4 tires and install....and they spoke English! Good luck staying in business with a woman like that answering your phones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all cost ! I called them explaining I have a flat tire and need it replaced the guy told me no problem. I went there and the guy refused to go in the back to check for one tire because it’s not worth his time. What kind of business does this!? Why make me come all the way there and refuse to help.
