★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne fait pas affaire avec Monsieur Muffler Hgrégoire. Service mécanique est mauvaise. Ne fier pas sur le rapport d’inspection qu'ils font lorsque vous acheter un véhicule de Hgrégoire. Il faut retourner plusieurs fois avant qu’il règle un problème et installe des pièces de mauvaise qualité.
 Does not do business with Mr. Muffler Hgrégoire. Mechanical service is bad. Do not rely on the inspection report they make when you buy a vehicle from Hgrégoire. You have to go back several times before it fixes a problem and installs shoddy parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allée car sous la garantie avec H Gregroire. J'y allais pour plusieurs choses dont des pneus à 3/32 qui devaient être changés. Ils ont fait les autres réparations, mais m'ont mentionné à l'accueil qu'ils ne changeraient pas les pneus puisqu'ils étaient à 4/32. Or, je les avais déjà mesuré moi-même et j'ai donc demandé à ce qu'ils soient mesurés de nouveau devant moi et ils étaient effectivement à 3/32... Tout ça pour me faire dire qu'ils n'avaient pas mes pneus et que j'allais devoir revenir une autre fois. Une semaine plus tard, on ne m'a toujours pas rappelé pour les pneus! Tout pour ne pas me les remplacer! J'ai hâte de voir si leurs autres réparations vont tenir avec tous les commentaires lus.
I went there because under warranty with H Gregroire. I went there for several things including 3/32 tires that needed to be changed. They made the other repairs, but told me at reception that they would not change the tires since they were at 4/32. However, I had already measured them myself and so I asked that they be measured again in front of me and they were indeed at 3/32 ... All that to make me say that they had no not my tires and that I was going to have to come back another time. A week later, I still haven't been called back about the tires! Everything so as not to replace them! Can't wait to see if their other repairs will hold up with all the reviews read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheter un véhicule chez HGrégoire et la caméra de recule avait une braquette de brisée elle était donc lousse et j'avais un sérieux problème au niveau des freins il y avait un bruit comme quelle choses de brisée.
Et bien ils ont tous réparer la caméra et très stable et ils ont chager les 4 freins du véhicule la voiture roule comme un charme pour ma pars je suis très satisfait pour moi le service a été excellent

I bought a vehicle from HGregoire and the reversing camera had a broken bracket so it was loose and I had a serious problem with the brakes there was a noise like something broken.
Well they have all repaired the camera and very stable and they have changed the 4 brakes of the vehicle the car drives like a charm for my part I am very satisfied for me the service was excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wana say bad customer service I booked an appointment for my car and I clearly mention to that customer service rep that i am off on Tuesday 2nd january and he said ok I have it at 2pm and when I go there they were closed so they waste my time and again bad services.

Muffler Metropolitan wants additional fee for installation my repaired tire on my car and much more, ufter that they don't know where and how to place my security tire and no apologize for this.
If you don't know what to do with tire so how you gonna repair engine and all things much more complicated?
It was my first and last time chez vous.
