D	Dee Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will NEVER shop at Dollarama in Kingsway Mall in Edmonton. NO CASHIERS! ONLY AUTOMATED TELLERS. I support people HIRING people. No tellers equal no jobs!!!! Poor poor customer service. I dont work there, so I won't spend my hard earned money there.

Also there is an employee to help with the self checkouts and clean them after a customer uses them, just like in every store that has them. So if you need help from a "real person" there they are. And if you feel like using a self checkout is "not your job" as a customer then lol please don't bother people by shopping in public, thank you. A bad google review isn't going to give anyone a pay raise or make them take out the self checkouts either, try doing something useful instead.
A	Ahmed Abdelfattah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am regular customer in dollarama and I purchased a toy for my kid , they didn’t like the color, after 5 min I want to change it with another color even more expensive and pay the difference, the supervisor her name is Alia , she refused and told me it Dollarama policy ….! How come Dollarama have a policy against the Canadian customers rights ….!!!???? And if you want to complain just go to the head office ….?? No enough stuff bad customer service Hopefully no one will have the same experience.
K	Katie Longaurd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give it less stars if I could. Worst experience I have ever had in a store. The staff is useless they offer no help whatsoever. Even at the tils, they have someone standing there to usher people to the self check out, but never do they have a til open besides the self checkout. I had to ring through 250$ worth of items myself and the sensors kept not working, took me about 30 min just to check myself out. Ridiculous. The management team should train their staff properly.
