★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A customer fainted and busted their face and hand open, it wasn't anyone's fault, but the till above their head remained open.
They should've locked the entrance (leaving open the exit), called 911, allowed this person a little dignity to recover, and then cleaned up the blood before reopening.
Instead we were forced to make our purchases OVER this person's head while they struggled to stand, and then walk BACK through the packed line-up, breaking social distancing guidelines.
I think the employees were doing as best a job they could, but it didn't seem like the right course of action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and the cashier had no concern for safety or wellness or a child that got hurt from improper stacking leading to a kid getting hurt cashier didn't even attempt to deescelate the situation , I do security for a living and made the attempt to deescelate but was met with extreme hostility poor service poor caring for guests time of incident approx 1320 will be contacting head office about this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You bring in your own bags and the cashiers will not pack the bags. But yet Dollarama does not supply any type of shelving or stands so the customer can pack their bags more easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a big store with an easy lay out. The kitchen and crafting sections are huge and I love the seasonal stuff they get in too! I like that it's in the Centre so I can get other stuff done too!
