R	R N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bad customer service the other day 03/04/19@10: 42. I Simply asked a worker, where Is your coin wrapper is? Her response was, ” I don't know you have to go look around and find it” I was stunned for a second. And I asked don't you work here? She was like, yeah. So you should know where it is then. I am trying to bring business here, and this is how you wanna treat your customers? Eventually, she shows me the coin wrappers where they located. Nothing against her but that's not the way you treat your customers regardless of what they look like.

She replied: no! I see paper towel on her desk right to her and Asked: Can I’ve some paper towel to wrap it please? She tore 3 pieces and said that’s all I’ve?

It is not a covid-19 friendly policy as it means every item has double the exposure to the possibility of covid-19. Longer lineups mean more exposure.

They even carry certain ELF products which are not old.lol love picking up different items for crafts or seasonal items. Save money by shopping sensibly. There are quite a few brand name products. Was very clean. Not too busy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Tons of great name brand items for 1.25. Yes everything in there is 1.25. With everything from parties, crafts, makeup, food, utensils, tech gear ect. Save some money this year ! ❤

My mother who hasn’t been to that store in like years went there and they accused her of stealing something 2 months ago when she doesn’t even go there it was her first time there in months and we kept trying to find proof that my mom stole something but they weren’t giving us any proof and the manager there was the absolute worst she was horrid. I’m never stepping foot in there again . You and your horrid staff need to do better

Last time I visited I believe Wednesday March 16th at around 7:00 p.m. checking out all their different art supplies (main reason I enjoyed this store) a store employee began to question what I was doing! Lol. I simply answered just browsing the art stuff, that i did plan on buying items, and they were further up the aisles in the store. She rudely stated that I had been in the store too long, and I was not allowed to loiter. Lol..I have zero patience for this type of customer service as I've been in the industry my whole life. So I said well alright, I apologized and said I would leave and purchase my items at the Dollar Store up the street. She replied with Okay, great. I also apologised to the attendant at the cash register, younger girl. She was pleasant enough, as I don't think she even knew what i was apologizing for. Anyways, needless to say, born n raised here, I will never enter this dollar store again. And I love sharing my shopping experiences in this town to the many people I know. Oh and as I left the store, I walk past 3 people emptying their coats and a backpack with stolen items they managed to steal from that exact store, probably while the one older woman employee was giving me a hard time... They seemed to enjoy their free snacks and pop too! fyi :P Anyways here to a loss of a 2-3x a week regular customer. Well done. Zzzz.

If she is mopping then she can’t get mad on customers if they walk on it and she said to one customer that don’t you see the floor is wet and there was no wet signs on floor. People can easily get injured. I went in this store for first time and I will never come back to this store.
