★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been taking my two year cat here since she was a kitten along with my 13 year old chinchilla (a few times since they don't have a exotic vet there all the time). The staff are super friendly and the vet that works with my cat is super lovely and informative. Honestly I'd recommend them to my friends and family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff are not receptive and very ignorant, will not be going there anymore, the vets are money hungry and show no compassion towards the owners of the pets. Sarah and a couple of others need to go,,very bad for the business. The Vets there need to change attitudes,,you are not God's,, so maybe start being a bit more nicer towards your clients. Never will I go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was first time visiting Dogwood Veterinary Hospital! Great friendly staff on hand! They've got dogfood to treats for just about any type of animal that you might have! Took the family dog in for a check up, seeing he's been put up for adoption! Just to make sure everything is going well with him! You do have to follow Pandemic rules by wearing a mask, there is no temperature check! First they do is have you're pet weight done, before seeing a Veterinarian! Then take you into a small room & do the examination!

I recently moved to Campbell River and visited Dogwood Vet for my cat, and was very happy with the treatment she received. Fast forward a few months, and my Puppy has had the pleasure of getting her vaccinations and a couple surprise visits there. Both vets i've interacted with have been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Hamlund is incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and professional. Dr.Kendall is whip smart, full of information and has a great attitude.
The ladies at the front desk have been so kind and friendly every time i've come in, even when they're busy. they're always quick to answer questions, and they let my dog know she's a good girl at every opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine, had good experiences and have had bad ones, wish they’d evaluate before deciding whether or not treatments where necessary. Was made to pay for a nail trimming that was not necessary, the nurse even said what we were doing was great. Despite this they trimmed the littlest bit off (literally a shed) and charged me for it. Also prescribed treatment without doing a physical exam. the vet didn’t really seem all that interested in what I had to say. Seemed in a rush. I used to love this vet but I will be switching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time visiting with our new 10 week old GS puppy. The ladies at the front were super friendly and welcoming. The vet was excellent with our puppy and answered all of our questions.
Our pup received lots of love and treats and had a great first vet experience.
We are very happy with this clinic! ?
