We were looking for a daycare that offers early hour drop off and evening pick ups, and Dogtopia met those needs perfectly. Our little Drederick loves spending the day at Dogtopia playing with all of his friends. I also love the fact that they have a webcam so we can see what our little one is up to while he's at daycare. We recently picked him up from boarding overnight for 4 nights. He had so much fun! We love bringing our dog here because we know we can trust that he's in good hands.

For me it was the first time for a day care and to be honest i was not comfortable for my 8 yr old shihtzu cs she don’t get comfortable soon at any new place. Staff was so helpful and very professional. Webcam access is amazing if you wanna keep an eye on your baby. They actually make both of us so comfortable by the time i picked her up later that day. Will definitely recommend this place for day care or even boarding which i am planning to next month.
C	Charbel Esksndar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and my daughter usually take our dog espresso to dogtopia for nail trimming ,so we decided to get more into involving espresso to become one of the so many dogs there who go for day care and some for boarding.the place clean the staff are nice knowledgeable about what they doing the vibe is positive,looking at the big screen by the front desk you could see how happy the dogs are. We feel very comfortable to have espresso there ,

Staffs are extremely professional and very friendly with right attitude. Thank you Dogtopia for taking care of my little one and making each day fun for him and other dogs!!
N	Nicole Wildish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe their daycare service is good. You have webcams to check in and the staff are friendly. Grooming service also seems good. However, I have had two experiences that are responsible for the low rating. The first was when they were locked out of the facility and the second was related to when I boarded my dog there over Christmas. In the first instance, I can understand that issues with the lock can happen and a staff member did call and put my mind at ease that processes had been put in place so this wouldn’t happen again. The second incident has cost me a vet bill and lots of worry for my pet. While boarding she was bitten and no one told me. The wound is now infected and she is on antibiotics. I called and no one was aware there had been a problem. Lots of explanation of how everyone had been asked and no one saw anything , wellness checks etc. Made me feel as though I was lying about it. I know dogs can get hurt while playing. Just wish someone had told me so I could have taken care of it.

All the staff are very professional and clearly dog lovers. I have not seen one unhappy dog leave Dogtopia, to this day. It's great service from a great team!

Snoopy was so timid and nervous around other dogs but i see that he’s getting more comfortable around dogs inside and outside of daycare. The staff there are so kind and attentive towards snoopy. They do a great job of taking care of him. You can tell they have a lot of experience and they truly care about all the dogs that come into the daycare. I love how friendly, welcoming and accommodating everyone is and they always have super fun events! I would give this place 6 stars if i could! Thank you Vanessa for always keeping me updated with snoopy and how he is doing at daycare!
