★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Gio scooter from this place less than 2 years ago.
I've found last week that the charger does not seem to work.
I drove 55km from where we live to have them test to know if it's the charger or the battery issue. (I gave them ONE battery unit)
I had the leave the charger and ONE battery unit at the shop because the tech was not there at the time.
At that time, I was NOT been advised there will be a minimum one hour charge.
A day later, I had a call from the tech guy and he said I have to replace BOTH battery units (each unit has two batteries) and the total includes labor would be around $500. Yet, he did NOT even have the second unit to test.
Yesterday, decided not to buy battery from them, I drove another 55km to the place, and the tech gave me back the unit box WITHOUT connecting the cables and it was OPENED. Then I've given a charge of 1 hour for around $130.
Next time, I would not recommend to go back to this place, should you have any issue at all with the scooter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a used Yahama Rhino from Dog Bone. I had someone do a quick inspection, and Dog Bone said their shop had sorted everything out. Upon arrival it had a flat tire (ripped through the ply's on the inside due to being driven flat for a long time), dead battery, suspension wearing through the shocks due to improper install, all bushings, bearings, front drive shaft, break pads, CV boots (2 of 4 wear torn), exhaust leak from coupling, piston rings blowing by. So a $6500 machine has turned into a $5000 parts nightmare, and it still isn't drivable. I've put on 150km since it arrived.
I would never get something serviced from such an obviously shady shop. It took my mechanic 10 minutes to identify at least 50% of the problems i've had. Avoid
