We didn't want to spend all day shopping for a new bed so we told them our budget, what we were looking for etc. They did an amazing job at staying within our budget, we were out of there within half an hour and had our new bed delivered in less than an hour. We would definitely recommend them :)

We purchased several items, including a bunk bed and mattresses and an awesome power recliner sofa with power headrests. We love it! Our salesperson Dennis was awesome, and helped us find exactly what we wanted, and get the best value for our money. It's just like Gordy Dodd says - "They Won't Be Undersold!"

Partly my own fault for not looking over my bill in depth, but nonetheless quoting someone free delivery and then adding it back on without explanation isn't part of good customer service. I will change my rating after I call the store and see if they're willing to fix their mistake.

Cody has also been very helpful when we have visited the store. We will continue to shop there for furniture and happy to recommend Dodd's ro others.

Ordered our couch on a Saturday and it was in the store and ready for pickup by Thursday. A delivery option would be handy as they currently don't offer this service within town. Quality furniture at an affordable price (especially with the opening sale weekend!). Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our sales rep was well informed, truly helpful, and the selection available was huge. The pricing was very competitive, we were not pressured in any way, we were able to arrange delivery of our new furniture and removal of our old for a truly reasonable cost, plus a five year insurance plan to cover any unforeseen problems after we took delivery! Altogether different from any other retail store that I have shopped at. Gordie Dodd, you are the man!! Thank you so much for turning a chore into a party for me! Sincerely Jean Morgan
