★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tags are terrible quality the names address and phone number scrap off in a matter of weeks. Pointless when you have your rabies tag or microchip it’s a money grab. Horrible company to work for expect too much out of you. Very unprofessional work environment.

Not impressed and prefer the way licensing was managed prior to DocuPet.

It scratches very easily and makes the tag very hard to read. They should be engraving dog tags, not laser print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been nearly four months trying to get my dog's license from DocuPet. Calling or emailing simply gets connects you to the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Too bad we are forced into this by our county.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them a zero if it was an option. I am trying to sign in to pay for a pet license. This stupid site for some reason won't recognize my address as being in the correct city. I cannot reach out because there is no phone contact info. This is awful, and they give you no other option but to use their terrible site.

The website is super easy to navigate, tag designs are amazing and the ability to customize for your special little furball gives it an added layer of attraction! I'd highly recommend DocuPet for the special pet in your life!!
