Doctor Windshield has helped the crack in my windshield. If I ignored it much longer I would have had to get a new windshield for my car. The professional manner by which the services were completed was awesome. Actually, I'm amazed I do not see evidence of the crack. I strongly recommend this company.

I was a little spectacle about choosing this company because I've never heard of them but after I talked to their customer service I was very impressed and booked my appointment. First I would like to say that their customer service is great. They seriously know how to talk to their customers, props to them! They also showed up at my house right on time and repaired my chip quickly! Their price was good and the worker was very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a chip repair.

It’s comical how the windshield repair is actually an incident or for some an accident and how the company deals with it. My cousin had a similar incident and had to replace the windshield. The nominal practice he or I do is to google and find for results. We did the same and came across this company. We were near abt the location provided on google and thought of directly going to the shop, given that the auto showrooms were open and if the Dr. Windshield would’ve wanted us to take an appointment, we would. But what happened after is surprising. We found the address on goggle and drove there. It was on Sheppard and was a shopping complex with hair saloons and spas. We were shocked but also knew that the address was definitely wrong. So the obvious next thing any person would do is call the number provided on the google search. And we did. The person who spoke to us was rude beyond ‘having a bad day’. My cousin at first to ignore, but the person who spoke to us went on to say that people such as us were spoiling the city, increasing the cases and should have more common sense than to walk in stores. The person on the phone went on to say that they were front line workers and that all the auto showrooms in the city were open illegally. My cousin mother works at an hospital so we do have immense respect for all the services provided. But to say all this just because we wanted to get our windshield checked at a store ended being not found, I cannot understand. People should learn to address issues better: wrong location, give the correct address. Want people to book appointments instead of walk-ins, let them know. Want people to acknowledge you for your services, wait for them to. Not shout at people at their expense. We did get our windshield fixed, but at a dealer; the showrooms which were open illegally, according to the person on the phone. Hope nothing of this sort happens with you people. Stay safe. Drive safe.

Thought prices would be competitive. I was wrong, they are way more expensive than anywhere else.

Gave them a call and got very unprofessional response. Definitely not doing buisness with these guys.

A 1.5" crack he asked $160 I asked if the crack after repair will be nearly invisible he mentioned "I cannot promise anything" I said "no thank you" He immediately hung up on my face I will leave judgement to you for this kind of "Professional" behavior

Difficult to get ahold of, canceled my appointment on me and never followed up. Extremely overpriced quote and didn't even ask me any questions about the actual repair job required before quoting me. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Great staff and super quick repair job. Even better is that the repair came with warranty. Repair was done in under 30 minutes and also covered by insurance! Amazing experience!
