When looking into docks, all roads and recommendations seem to lead to Dock in the Box. Dan was great in working with us technically to come up with a solution for any issues we had and were flexible in helping with situations that came up. They know their stuff. We feel we got a great product and importantly the dock is turn key in taking in and out in spring/fall. We used Nauti Boys for installation and Rod's many years of experience ensured any on the spot issues were handled to our satisfaction. A dock is a lifestyle investment and Dock in the Box and Nauti Boys made it both a good and successful experience. Thanks!

Over 100ft of heavy duty dock with DeckWave decking that's 6 yrs old and looks as good today as when it was new. It is strong and sturdy and I don'y worry about storms damaging it as it sits higher off the water than most docks & with the unique design stability is assured. The DeckWave decking is easy to maintain and most importantly seagulls do not like it. I've had the wooden docks with metal support legs that have fallen apart in Lake Simcoe storms and would strongly recommend DockinaBox to anyone. It's not the cheapest dock available but you certainly get value for the money.

Exceptional experience and support. I bought a used 1250 lift to support a 10’ picklefork boat that I bought for my grandkids. I wanted to support the boat inside the sponsons and didn’t know if this could be done. After consulting with Dan he was able to engineer brackets that lifted the boat exactly the way I had requested!! When I went to pick up the brackets I made a last minute decision to purchase a side rail step for safe and easy access for the kids. I think the fella at the desk was Kevin, (I apologize if I’m not correct). He was able to have one manufactured for me in 20 minutes...while I waited!! This was really appreciated as the cottage is quite a distance away. I was able to surprise my grandkids BECAUSE this company, and its team produce quality products with amazing service. Fantastic experience and highly recommended. Thanks!!!!

This place treats their associates like garbage, they buy tools from princess auto and get upset when they break. They hire people perm in the summer and fire just before 3 months so they don't have to carry them. Rude ignorant and the owner thinks he knows everything about welding yet he is not skilled. Oh well I went on to be successful just don't believe in people who run companies like they are God. This is a cookie cutter product.

What a great product! We were a little nervous about building the dock ourselves, but it turned out to be not too bad to put together. We had a local contractor build a wood "crib" into the hill of our property. We then attached the Dock in a Box dock, using the brackets supplied by Dock in a Box ourselves. We have six 6’x10' sections from Dock in a Box. It took about 6 hours to put it all together. We had up 8 family members working on it at one time. Some were bringing the materials down to the dock area, some were putting the legs and ends on, and we had two in the water to make sure the legs were level and hooking everything together. I was a great assembly line! That night, we had a great time relaxing and fishing off our new dock! Thank goodness for family who like to help! Since Dock in a Box allows for additional sections to be added on, we will hopefully be replacing the remaining part of the old wood dock that juts out into the lake with a ramp and a large floating dock. Thanks Dock in a Box! UPDATE** After our first year, we picked up an extension the next year. Dock in the box was great! They created a custom step for us since our first section of deck was higher than our new extension. We receive lots of compliments from our fellow cottagers. If it was up to me, I would add another extension to go out further, but hubby says not right now. Sigh

We live on Georgian Bay and purchased a Dock in the Box system on recommendation from our neighbours. It is of very high quality and withstands the ocean like waves of Georgian Bay with ease. Our family spends many hours enjoying our very large dock system. The High quality and engineering behind the product is worth every penny. Dealing with the team at Dock in the Box has been easy and very professional. I highly recommend this company

We purchased a 4'x14' pipe dock, Heavy Duty, for water access into Georgian Bay. One end attached to rock step at shore with shore mounting brackets, other end supported in water by the pipe legs. Also purchased the Premium STladder. Haven't done final attachment of ladder yet, but it is sturdy as a rock. They spent a long time on the phone with me discussing exactly how many steps my ladder should be as we were in the dark about a few things. Very knowledgeable. We had no choice but to use a removable aluminum dock, and were worried that it wouldn't look good surrounded by natural elements. We were wrong. It fits in well with the surroundings and we couldn't be more pleased. If water levels subside we will absolutely be back for an additional section. Even though we were only in need of a single dock, they made us feel like valued customers. All in all had an excellent purchasing experience and would highly recommend Dock in a Box. Edit a/o October 202. My husband and I took the dock out this weekend. Considering we had to traverse over 14 ft of slippery, unstable rocks under the deck, then go up the stairs, it was not too heavy nor too difficult for us. Already discussing the next piece for next year.

Great system! We bought our pipe Heavy Duty dock in the spring of 2021, it's fantastic! It's stable, looks great and performs very well under the stormy waves we get on Lake Simcoe. We have 14' long by 6' wide sections and my husband and I were able to put it in on our own, with just a little help with the first ramp section. We also bought a ladder (love it) and a step ledge (also love it). Thanks Dock in a Box.
