Terrible work and the service was brutal. Awful text messages from him was not professional at all.

Highly reliable, excellent customer service and fair pricing. One of the most experienced in Moose Jaw; local owner/ operator Mel Folk has been in business for over 35 years and it shows.

This company was hired to do a sewer line clean on a house my husband and I purchased (June). Was happy at first then it went down pretty fast... The receipt we were provided with stated that they had gone 75ft out for the clean, which didn't seem to be the case. We had the lines cameraed (by another company who had previously done it) and there was a block around 50-55ft out. Do-All came back to redo the line. Two men came to my house, did not introduce themselves and tried to unlock my door with keys they had. I had no knowledge of them having keys for my house and they did not mention that they did either (good thing locks were already changed). While working in my house the gentlemen that were here frequently went out to sit in their van for a cigarette break (they had not even been at my residence for an hour). They barely spoke to me and informed me of nothing that they were doing. They cut my bathroom vanity and my floor underneath, leaving it a mess. Then said someone else would be back to finish the job.. no idea who was coming back or when, again had to call about that. Found out that their machine had broke. After the line was done (by another company) we were informed that Do-All would be back to flush the line, as there was city work being done that day and there was no water to do it. They were also coming back to fix the vanity and put a cover over the hole in the floor. We waited and noone got in contact with us, so we called and got information. Do-All again got another company to come and our line was still not good so finally we got it all cleared and dealt with, which was great. Over a week goes by and nothing has been done about the bathroom situation.. got in contact with Do-All and was informed that someone would be by to fix up the bathroom that day.. waited and noone came and noone got in contact with us. Weeks of waiting around with no proper communication from Do-All. Into the month of July and still nothing has been fixed. I do not recommend.. highly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and communication with this company.

They were available at all times of the day and very flexible. Fair and transparent pricing for the entire job. We were very satisfied with the completed work and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
