$5000.00 to install a small unit in garage. Im dealing with a unit that will not kick in, and they didnt wire it...its actually plugged into a extension cord, they left there tools strewn all over my garage this entire time, never cleaned up after work at night???? It took 3 months from start to present and i still cant get anyone to come and address any of what they call complete installation. I'm appalled at the workmanship and costumer service from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Harvey refused to return an unopened item from the SAME day purchase. After some back and forth he finally gave a 70% return. Which is absolutely ridiculous! I have never heard of such an unprofessional and shady practice. DO NOT do business with this crook.
