★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai commandé mon nouveau module de climatisation mural un jeudi, et c'était installé le mardi suivant. Installatino professionnelle et rapide, excellent service... rien de plus à dire sinon que c'est vraiment une bonne compagnie.
 I ordered my new wall mounted air conditioning module on a Thursday, and it was installed the following Tuesday. Professional and fast installatino, excellent service ... nothing more to say except that it is really a good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais initialement demandé trois soumissions à différentes entreprises, notamment Isolation Beauport. Le représentant aux ventes m'a rapidement contacté et il était très réactif. Les explications étaient claires et les prix honnêtes. Très compréhensif dans mon délai également car j'attendais d'obtenir une dernière soumission avant de procéder à mon choix final. Une fois l'entente conclue, une seconde personne qui semble coordonner les installations, m'a contacté pour fixer une date. Processus très rapide. Une fois la date fixée, les techniciens (en sous-traitance) sont arrivés à l'heure. Ils ont effectué une tournée des lieux et le travail s'est terminé environ 3 heures et quart plus tard sans perdre de temps. Service complet et familiarisation initiale avec le fonctionnement du produit. Les techniciens professionnels, courtois, sociables et ne se sont pas laissés traîner. J'ai vu quelques commentaires négatifs et heureusement je n'ai pas vécu pareille situation. Suivi impeccable par le personnel administratif pour la facturation.
Je recommanderai cette compagnie sans hésiter. La dernière étape à venir c'est le ''capage'' des tuyaux apparents extérieurs. Délais à prévoir car fait sur mesure mais je ne suis pas inquiet outre mesure.
Mise à jour Mai 2021 : après à peine 10 jours les tuyaux étaient recouverts. Excellent service.

I had initially requested three quotes from different companies, including Isolation Beauport. The sales representative contacted me quickly and was very responsive. The explanations were clear and the prices fair. Very understanding in my deadline also because I waited to obtain a last submission before making my final choice. Once the deal was made, a second person who seemed to coordinate the installations contacted me to set a date. Very fast process. Once the date was set, the technicians (subcontracted) arrived on time. They toured the area and the job was completed about three and a quarter hours later without wasting any time. Full service and initial familiarization with the operation of the product. Professional technicians, courteous, sociable and did not let themselves be dragged. I have seen some negative comments and luckily I have not experienced such a situation. Impeccable follow-up by administrative staff for invoicing.
I will recommend this company without hesitation. The last step to come is the '' caping '' of the exterior visible pipes. Deadlines to be expected because tailor-made but I'm not overly worried.
Update May 2021: after barely 10 days the pipes were covered. Excellent service.

Notre vendeur vient de me raccrocher la ligne au nez, il disait que je mettais sa parole en doute, je n'avais même pas le temps de placer un mot. Et que dire de la réceptionniste qui n'a aucune empathie. Si vous achetez une thermopompe en pensant que vous avez l'option chauffage, oublié ça ou bien il faut se procurer une bonne moppe pour essuyer l'eau sur votre terrasse.
Installation of a heat pump on September 1, after-sales service non-existent. Our salesperson just hung up on me, he said I was questioning his word, I didn't even have time to say a word. And what about the receptionist who has no empathy. If you buy a heat pump thinking that you have the heating option, forget about it or you have to get a good mop to wipe the water on your patio.

I suffered an "unanchoring" of my wall-mounted heat pump. Following the report, my call was treated with seriousness and courtesy. The next day, 2 technicians presented themselves in order to fix the latter again in a brilliant way. I am very satisfied! Many thanks! ?
