Q	Quinlan M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an Intel DZ68BC motherboard back in April, came with an outdated BIOS so I was unable to use my Ivy Bridge i5. I contacted them about it and was told on March 3rd they would have a Sandy Bridge CPU to update my BIOS in 'a couple days'. It is now November 20th, 262 days later, and I have not yet heard back about this CPU.

We have been promised payment so many times and not received a penny, the matter is now in the hands of our legal team The Company owed is BBIT based in Stamford CT.

I have never in my llife experienced a total lack of professionalism and lack of respect for a customer then I have experienced dealing with purchasing a printer from dnc systems. First off I travelled from the downtown toronto core area to 3854 chesswood drive during rush hour traffic to purchase a epson tmt88iv printer. When I got home and set everything up printer didnt even turn on, the power cord was connected but there was no power to the unit. I called dnc system the next day and they offered to take care of the issue by swapping it out for a new printer. So I returned the printer and was talking to the owner of the buisness, asking him a couple of questions about swapping out the port with another rs232 port. I can only assume he got personally offened because he refused to answer the question by his reasoning that he answered the question before. The owner then got irate and told me to leave and so did his son, I then was verbally assaulted by the owner and his son resulting in name calling and very aggressive behavior, slamming doors and swearing at me, he even went as far as to call the police on me and falsely accused me of aggressive behaviour. Thank god I had the good sense to record all of this so that his false accusations could be put to rest. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUISNESS UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE AND WILLING TO BE TREATED LESS THEN DIRT. Needless to say after this post I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, because I do not want other potential customers to experience the horrible customer service I had. To the owner if your reading this, I only hope you have the good sense to change your customer service because your current customer services are apauling.

Unlike other places I went, people in this place were very professional and trustworthy. I had a great experience with this place after visiting a couple of other shops. Definitely my first to go place if I need sth in future. Highly Recommend. Just use Ways for direction, Google map is a little off. ?

It's a great shop for enterprise-grade off-lease computers, from tablets to desktops to servers. The few staff are courteous, informative, and very helpful. There's plenty of parking in the industrial plaza.
