Matt and Todd are both fantastic and I had excellent service from both gentlemen. My wedding rings were restyled by Dixon Jewellers many years ago and I was offered a free cleaning and polishing, they look stunning, as pretty as the day I got them. A top notch jeweller. Highly recommend them for any jewellery needs. Visited Dixon Jewellers again to discuss having a couple of custom pieces made, wow! I am always so impressed with the professionalism and incredible customer service. Thanks again for doing another on the spot refurbish of a lovely pendant I inherited recently. I am going to wear it a lot. ❤️

At the time there was not a lot of selection on the market for pear shaped diamonds, however he was very professional and did not try to push the first few we looked at. He kept on searching until we found one that I had liked & manufactured the ring under a tight deadline. Absolutely deserves 5/5.

It was quick getting a consultation to discuss my ideas for the ring and it was easy setting a budget and for them being able to get me what I wanted under that price. They do almost everything in house so they can get quickly show you renderings of what your ring will look like and once you've settled all the details it's only another few weeks til you get the ring. Super professional staff, great prices, and amazing quality. Their ability to get you what you want, in the time you want, and under the budget you want is unmatched. Best custom jewelry store in Ottawa and will 100% be going back for all future pieces.

From start to finish, the entire process could not have been simpler and transparent with regards to my order. Matthew and the rest of the staff were incredibly pleasant to deal with. The customer service is top notch. The earrings they recreated are perfect and look almost identical to the original set. My wife thought that I had tracked down a pair of her original earrings; that's how close they match. I would absolutely visit again and use Dixon for any custom jewellery!

Matthew was extremely helpful taking us through the process of selecting diamonds and deciding on the design that was right for us. The shop provided CAD renderings of multiple different design options and made a few iterations of wax models that allowed us to see what the final product would look like. No pressure, excellent service and extremely quick turnaround when the final design was selected. Thank you to the whole Dixon team!
