Dixie Medical Group staff are very professional especially Tanzeela. This is by far the best clinic for Stress tests and Ultrasound exams. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very clean clinic, welcoming and polite front desk staff. Excellent patient care. Dr. Asim Cheema is knowledgeable and compassionate. I want to mention technologist Nazir Ali who did my stress test and answered my questions and took very good care of me. Patient care manager Rizwana Jami is doing very wonderful job too.

I visited the Clinic with my father for some heart complaints that he had. The minute you step in to the Clinic you feel that every staff member is personally taking care of you. My visit was coordinated by Rizwana Jamil who is an exceptional professional and ensured that proper protocols and timely care was extended. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite and I cannot say enough for Dr. Asim Cheema. He is a thorough professional who was very patient in listening to my father’s health issues and took time to explain the testing process etc. My father’s Echo was done the very next day by a technician who was very detailed and took great care of my dad. The reports were sent to our family doctor Dr. Ghazanfar Siddiqui a day after that and my father’s treatment was started accordingly. Dixie Medical clinic is very clean and organized with great facilities and exceptional staff and is an example of how patient services should be! We are very lucky that a clinic like this exists in our City. Keep up the great work guys.

I visited this clinic for consultation for my dad with Dr. Cheema. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. Staff was very professional especially Rizwana. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend this clinic.

It is quite difficult to find a specialist that is not only knowledgeable in their field, but also is compassionate, dependable, caring and who continuously strives to improve their patient's health and well-being. Dr. Asim Cheema and his team do all this and more. For the last 5 years, my family has been seeing Dr. Cheema as our cardiologist. Never once during those 5 years did Dr. Cheema make us feel that we were just another patient for him. He showed genuine interest and compassion in trying to address the root cause of the issues we were having. We have never been rushed out or had any of our concerns ignored by Dr. Cheema. If there was an urgent issue that needed to be addressed, Dr. Cheema and his team go out of their way to address that concern as soon as possible. I have full faith in Dr. Cheema and his team's ability to take care of my and my family's health. His staff are supportive and strive to provide exceptional customer service. They quickly book you in for your next appointment, are easy to reach and are friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Cheema and his team to anyone who is looking for a cardiologist or any other medical services.

Good Evening, i was referred to this clinic by my personal physician. The Clinic contacted me with an almost immediate appointment for a Ultra Sound, Stress Test, Echocardiography and finally a Cardiologist Consult over 3 visits. So far, I have completed visit 2. The staff at the front desk of the clinic are very pleasant in person and over the phone. Follow up appointment reminders have been made by the clinic staff for all 3 visits. My 3rd visit is tomorrow. The clinic is clean and in this era of COVID-19, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment / Masks were worn by both the Staff and Patient. Cleanliness is so important to me. Free Bottled Water is available for patients in the lobby / reception. A large flat screen TV is apparent in the reception area offering calming programing, a good idea for those visiting a medical clinic especially when it involves the heart. My appointment on the first visit was slightly behind schedule due to unexpected complications with the patient before me. This was brought to my attention followed by a sincere apology from the technicians that would be looking after me. The Ultra Sound and Stress Test took sometime. Preparation and expectations from me were explained and thorough. The Ultra Sound was lengthy yet not rushed, The Stress Test involved several Steps that were monitored by the technicians and immediately followed by second round of Ultra Sound tests. I asked to see a few of the Ultra Sound Picture after completion of all testing and my request was granted. I asked several questions about the tests I just had, and again, my questions were answered without infringing on what should be explained or answered by the Cardiologist. On my second visit, the following Saturday, the appointment was on schedule. The Technician introduced herself as Aarti. She explained what would be happening on this visit. She was more than pleasant yet professional and most importantly charming and compassionate. She put me at ease, she made me feel valued and important, not just another patient. You could tell she liked her job and what she did for a living and was more than knowledgeable in her field. She is a people person. I asked her if I could occasionally hear my heart beat throughout the test and she obliged, crazy maybe, but to me interesting and fun. I further asked if I could see a few of the Ultra Sound Pictures after the procedure and she again obliged answering any question I had. My experience with Aarti was really pleasant and I left with a sense of calm. I have a Consult Appointment with the Cardiologist tomorrow and I shall share that experience in this format after that appointment. Anyone going for tests involving the Heart might naturally be on edge, and I put myself in this category. So far this Clinic has put me at ease and of course I'm hoping for a favorable outcome and peace of mind on this front. Ask your doctor for a referral to this medical office and I trust you will be well looked after on all fronts. Good Luck Everyone.

I had two appointments at this place within a week regarding echocardiogram and stress test. On both occasions, every staff member of the clinic from receptionists to technicians and doctor, was very polite and respectful. Technicians were very knowledgeable and hardworking and did every procedure above my expectations. Dr. Cheema is very intelligent and thorough in his assessment and diagnosis. I will highly recommend this clinic to every one having heart related issues.

I took my mother here on April 25, 2022, for an appointment at 11:45 am to review the results of a stress test. I am displeased with the standard of care my mother has received. Here are your areas of improvement: 1. Unnecessary disclosure of information: Why is it that we need to provide the patient's medical history on such a redundant basis? Before seeing the doctor, I had to disclose the medical history of my mother over the phone, then all over again to the doctor's assistant in person. Fix your process so that your patients don't have to repeat themselves again to different staff and ensure the information is properly consolidated. This could have been fixed if we didn't need to have a discussion of medical history over the phone. 2. Punctuality: if an appointment is for 11:45 am, then don't make your patients wait over 30 minutes before you can see the doctor. Keep it reasonable and respect your patients' time. 3. Empathy: I acknowledge that Doctor Cheema has offered what we were looking for: disclosing the outcome of the test and prescribing the remedial actions as a result of the test. At this point, I have no reason to doubt his competence and ability to take care of his patient's maladies. What I ask of Doctor Cheema, moving forward, is to be consistent in speaking respectfully to all his patients; specifically, with a tone of voice that ensures his patients feel comfortable. Maybe he was particularly stressed on this day due to other circumstances, or he became impatient due to having to answer the same questions over and over again -- this can especially be the case with patients whose first language is not English, or patients who are prone to panic attacks. What I'm saying is, at the end of the day, have some empathy. For example -- and I'm realizing this in retrospect -- it doesn't look good for the doctor to ask the patient, "why are you worried", in a brusque tone of voice, when you prescribe a test that we never had to take before. Yes, patients can be ignorant. It's your job to understand when the patient is stressed, worried, and perhaps even irrational at times, but take actions to assure them things will be ok if the follow-up test is not a big deal, without making them feel belittled. Yes, the efficacy of the treatment is important, but helping your patients feel respected should also be a priority.
