I was very satisfied we the kind of service i had here. The driver was skilled and know how to handle situation on the road. She know what speed she should be driving at. She focus on the road , and take regular breaks. She is a very responsible driver that every passengers looking at to. Surely you are Safe if you ride here.

Our group booked Discreet for our New Year’s Eve plans. Our entire party was happy to have found a safe ride home and the receptionist on the phone seemed nice. Fast forward a couple hours laters and looking at the reviews on FB (even people from my friends list) mentioned to stay far away from this company. And I am writing this review to also forward along the information to you, person who just wants to get home, please don’t book this service. Gladly took our credit card. Promised us a pick up time. Charge a late charge if we aren’t out there at the pick up time. 1:25 am - shoes on, outside in the freezing cold. No one showed up. Not a call or anything to inform 4 ladies of their safe ride. After being on hold for 20 minutes we were advised to wait 20 more and they would be there. So we are outside for 40 minutes in the cold and rain. No one shows up. We call again and they said it won’t be for another 2 hours! (Keep in mind our reservation with our credit card was file and they charge cancelation fee) It was 3:00 am and still no one showed up. To leave four women stranded is terrible and on top of that lie that we had a car on the way. These 5 star reviews on here are fake and never would I use this company. Do not give them your credit card number. Call another company and I’ll be leaving a complaint with the BBB. ** update: Discreet has responded saying that they don’t have my name on file as a customer in the post below. This booking was made by one of the girls in our groups and the review is posted by me. All 4 of us were stranded and outside until 5 am and Discreet stopped answering their phones. I couldn’t believe that another person could do this.

Got me and my car home safe for literally $5 more than an Uber would've costed me on a Friday evening. Non judgemental, friendly and safe driver. Picked me up just an over an hour from the time I called. Will definitely use their service again rather than ubering two ways to pick up my car in the morning or worse, drinking and driving. Looking forward to the app they're about to launch to streamline customer pick up and dispatching.

Wow, what a great service. My boyfriend and I attended a wedding Friday and got this service home. We had pre booked for 1 am and changed the pick up to 1:30 am with short notice and they had no problems about the changed time. The drivers were polite and professional. I would recommend this!

Would give it negative stars if I could. Stay away no matter what. The customer service representatives will lie through their teeth and then ignore your calls when you call 60 minutes after the promised 30 minute pick up time.

BEWARE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE MAKING FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. This company has charged my credit card without my consent months after the date of service in addition to charging me on the day the service was provided. I tried contacting them and was told they would send me a refund. I had to follow up for weeks and now my number is blocked with no refund issued!!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! Used their service ONCE, ever since I’ve been getting randomly charged for rides I’ve never taken multiple times a month. They copy your credit card and use it over and over again! I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on my credit card because of them. They are nothing but scammers and thieves.
