★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude manager owner. Refused to rent to me because I didn’t have Quebec insurance. Absurd! I am a FL resident visiting grandkids with full insurance that covers rentals worldwide. The owner was demeaning and insolent. He told me that “Quebec is an island and needs to be protected!” I have no idea what he was talking about. He clearly doesn’t need business. He slouched on a broken down couch the entire time he was speaking to me. Just awful. I went to Enterprise down the street in Chateauguay and rented a car in minutes with no problems and lots of smiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the service at this location! My insurance company sent me to another rental provider that completely messed up our reservation. As an electrical contractor we needed a cargo vehicle not a sedan.
Despite being completely last minute Discount had a cargo van avalible and we were gone with it in 15min. Couldn't ask for better service!!! I highly recommend them.

Never received any feedback on the first complaint submitted on Oct 15. After the second complaint I was offered $20 for a future rent. I paid $200 for renting a uncleaned truck the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the company takes seriously the fact of ignoring of the cleaning protocol published on their website. The company doesn't admit that they didn't fulfill the conditions of the contract but charged the full amount. This is an opportunistic position and reluctance to take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. One year, they give me a car that's broken and then call me and leave me messages saying I'm going to pay for the car even though I immediately called them when the issues first started and the manager never returned my call as promised and the issues clearly predated my using the car. But this year they give me an appointment on a day THEY AREN'T OPEN.They didn't even try to contact me to change the appointment. If you have the choice, STAY AWAY. It's worth the ride over to the next city as this place is simply unprofessional.
