★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced, but that doesn't outweigh the flaws. They've had machines broken for over a month that have no sign of being fixed anytime soon, and a lack of enforcement when it comes to wearing masks in the gym including employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to workout. regardless of your age or physical fitness they have a plan for you. I started with Brandon as my PT and after 5 sessions I can feel the energy in my body and the strength in my muscles. At my age I do not want to be a fitness model, but i need to have some guidance to prevent injuries and to keep me in good shape. Brandon understands my limits, my goals and keeps me motivated to come back. Gym is open 24 hours which is great for early birds such as me.
