The staff are friendly and efficient. Everything is well organized and we'll run. The office is neat, clean and orderly.

Dr Sanderson has been my husband’s doctor for a few years now and she had his trust but what I saw today was unprofessional and disrespectful. I record all my phone conversations so this truly shows how their office treats people that question the care they are getting. Questions are not suppose to make a doctor throw a tantrum or slash the questioners character to pieces. My husband has been getting the same diet forms filled out for years and he always listens to her care. She says lose weight he loses weight. She says gain weight he gains weight. Now he is losing muscle and feels muscle strain. He wants to maintain his weight while keeping muscle tone. The doctor tells him only cancer patients and kidney patients need high protein diets. But kidney patients need a low protein diets so now I need to question her research and I want to know why it doesn’t match what I have been told. I was told chronic pain, recovery, and injury all need high protein diets. I was encouraged to seek out the high protein diet because of the chronic pain and it turned into bad care and privacy violations. Once I realized she wasn’t going to give him protein for chronic pain but rather a weight loss plan that makes no sense I was fine because I tried telling disability that this is what she wants. I told them that in June when they said to ask about the protein. The doctors diet plan doesn’t make sense to any of our disability workers So I asked questions that got me yelled at! I did notice that my husband’s diet form was filled out wrong and we have learned to much information is bad and that is a direct quote that John’s doctor often uses. However now it is ok and how dare I question the mistake. When I called to mention the mistake that was a completely different question and not apart of the diet section it had no business being filled out by Dr Sanderson. She than accused me of trying to change the form and that she refuses to lie. I was like what the hell? I was not asking her to change his diet I was asking her to fill out the form according to the check list she was given by the gov. I have the doctor on recording saying in front of her office and her employees that she will not lie she will not change his diet form. Creating a situation where I was trying to get her to lie is disgusting towards my character. That entire phone conversation was me trying to get them to understand they filled out the wrong questions and if wrong questions are handed in it will create a problem. I was in shock because I was being made out to be a liar and that I was trying to make the doctor lie!!! Thank god I record!!!!! Once I finely got them to understand what I was saying they treated me like I was a problem and they became defensive. I made it very clear that I did not want to over share any of my husbands information and that we need to rebook another appointment. The receptionist rebooked it for Nov 7. We were willing to wait but we were unwilling to share information that was not required or requested!! I hung up. However I recorded an incoming call from the receptionist and she said she called on my husband’s behalf and said she shared that information against our will. I told her she did not have our permission to do that and her response to us was well sometimes you gotta do these things. I called her back and told her we were filing a privacy complaint and before I could get any more out she said this conversation was over and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me. I called back and she stuck me on hold for 5 min. The receptionist finally answered my call and I said that I need our file and all our information so I can make our complaint. I said I need to know if they have any specific procedures we need to follow but before I could ask the question she kept hanging up on me. She told me she didn’t hang up on purpose but the recordings I have show it was on purpose. It shows this whole day was disgusting and traumatizing.

Dr. Sanderson has been my Dr. for about 10 years. She is kind, patient and no non sense. Very down to earth and has always given me the best advice and care. Moose Jaw is so lucky to have her and I sincerely hope she never leaves.

Wonderful dr and very efficient team. She is so busy but don’t feel she is not paying attention to your complaints and explains your condition very well. She is our family dr and we are lucky to have her. Thanks for being so supportive.
