About The Strong Studio By DFWK
Class Levels
Level 1: These classes are designed for people starting their fitness journeys or used as a pairing with an L2 or L3 class. They can easily be modified, and are designed to help train your body to get to the next level in our training and stamina.
Level 2: These classes are intermediate classes. They will work you cardiovascular system and muscles at peak performance. L2 classes are deigned for individuals that have a regular and consistent fitness regime and exercise 3-5 times a week.
Level 3: Working at 75-100% capacity for most of the class. Designed for individuals that want the most out of one stand alone workout. The trainers will give exercises that challenge and push their participants. Modifications can be given but you will be encouraged to work at your maximum level.

I was a bit worried because the guest list had nearly 30 kids, but everything went smoothly and all the kids had fun! My daughter said it was the best day of her life ?. The price was more than reasonable and would 100% recommend having your child's birthday party there!

Even if it’s not for the workout, the family type bond formed and positive + friendly atmosphere created not only from the trainers but the members too will keep you going back!
It’s a judgement free zone, and suitable for all fitness levels - no matter where you’re at on your journey you will have hundreds of cheerleaders by your side. Who could ask for better motivation!

The workouts are always guided by the best trainers who are constantly bring the best workouts for us. You will see results within a few weeks.
