Always tell me that they need to order more parts for the fix, always tell me a few more days and few more days. No solid date of when my car can be fix, they won’t even commit to this and confirm when it can be fix... always have excuses every time I call! Either parts did not arrive, parts delivery delay, more damages was find and need more time... I went to the shop to check out my car today, my wheel is not even on my car and I was told they are still fixing my wheels in some where... very disappointed with them, will not recommend anyone to bring Their car to fix

They even washed, vacuumed and cleaned my car. My car looks brand new again. Front bumper and fender was replaced and repainted. Excellent service. It's a no brainier to have your new Honda car repaired here for all collision issues.
L	Ley Sar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I actually read the reviews before dropping my car of at Dilwari Collision Center. Bought my vehicle at Markham Honda and this collison center is affiliated with them so I went ahead with the repairs here, trusting the workmanship but I was definitely wrong. Horrible, Incompetent staff including the management there as well as the general manager at Agincourt Mazda who is rude and clearly doesn't care about anything. Whatever they say they don't own up to, make sure you always have a email thread of the conversation to back up what was said. That's when they actually do as they say. My car had been at the shop FOUR times to for the same problems and the car is not even fully fixed. They replaced my bumper with a new one, and gave it to me with a crack and I had to take it back. But there's so much that went wrong and they don't care as long as money is rolling in. My car was given to me in a unsafe state to drive three times (braking on its own with no car infront, steering tight and shaking, noise). Avoid this place at all costs, you rather just not fix your car then pay them to "fix it". Cause you'll be going back and forth. They said they'd reimburse my gas for third time I came back for the SAME ISSUE, and the collison center manager Phil has been dodging all my emails. Clearly there is no respect or work ethics being followed. Save your time and your money, honestly.
P	Phil Chao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was repaired here after I brought my car to Markham Honda and they told me that Agincourt Dilawri took care of their collision repairs. My car was "repaired" in November 2019. Spring of this year 2020, I discovered that they had put on the wrong tire. Had to bring it to Markham Honda to get the right tire installed. September of this year, discovered that the transmission cooler was not repaired and had been leaking fluid since the repair. Took two months to get the proper part, and on top of that, Dilawri didn't even fix my car. They had to have Honda do it. The only reason this isn't a 1-star rating is because the service advisors are very nice. Much nicer than the Markham Honda advisors. Avoid Agincourt Dilawri for your collision repairs. I recommend Assured Automotive Body Shops instead.
M	MARY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their collision center service is a joke. I had nothing but bad experience. They dont keep their words so anyone thinking about getting body shop work done beware. Had a work done last year and there was so much delays from their end. They promised that they had sent out a cheque for a refund last April but it was never done. To date I am still following up for the payment which should have been taken care last year already. This is frustrating and when you call Philip he never replied your call or the courtesy to give a call back despite numerous messages. Customer service level is poor. Do Not recommend going there....better body shops out there with better quality of service and work!!!

G	Giovanni Rimasti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was top notch and I'm sure it has to do with the new ownership as it is no longer affiliated with Dilawri (I believe it is now Agincourt Atlantic Collision). Lathu, the estimator/service advisor was kind, courteous, and was on top of the job. I needed a lift home and there weren't any courtesy drivers available- he went the extra mile and called me an uber. Super nice, super professional. They did a fantastic job on the repair/paint job on my hood. All the stone chips were sanded down and evened out, the colour matching is perfect (paint feathered into the fenders too), and the clear coat was nicely applied. They even did a quick polish around the car to make it shine :). Finally they were quick; within 2 days of bringing the car in the job was done. It is an older car but they made it look amazing and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys!
