Ordered a pair of flannel lined carpenter pants online Nov 21.received them on Sat.Nov. 28, left leg seam wasnt stiched properly and had come apart.I emailed customer service on Nov 29, received some automated email telling me someone would contact me within 48 hrs. Someone then responded on Dec 2 and just asked to send pics. No usual aplogy and how they could make this right like most professionals, just send pics of defects,which I did. Today is now Dec 6, and still havent heard back, and I doubt I will. Such poor customer service from a company thats been around for close to 100 years, and as an electrician whos been wearing their work clothes for the last 20 years, I will be looking elsewhere for work clothes.Dickies head office in the USA should really look into their Canadian distribution office in Brampton for as you can see in the other reviews, this isnt the first time this someone has complained about sub-par customer service and if nothing is done, wont be the last time. Wish I could give zero stars!!!

Don't know why anyone would buy from this company, Yes they used to be good but not anymore. Poor quality and even worse customer service save your self some money and go elsewhere. Update: I called the so called customer service number and as I already knew they would not be helpful. You respond to my above post saying returns are free of charge, but yet your customer service people dont agree with that and when questioned Im told we dont know who responds to those post but its not free. Once again thats fir the great customer service.....people should go else where to an honest company and not here.

Your Canadian website and selection in stores is a joke. You only offer half of what the US website does. I’ve looked everywhere for 15” inseam denim shorts and the best I can get is regular 15” inseam for $88 for 2 pair. You guys are thieves and are treating Your Canadian clientele like 2nd rate customers!

Hard to beat the durability, quality and warmth of your clothing and outdoor gear. As an outdoor labourer and working on our highway system I work outside during the most brutal cold, wind and snow and no other option but to dress for it. Dickies has been my go-to clothing and overall's and never any issue staying warm and able to work.

Superb 874 pants : I ordered blue pair two months ago to replace expensive dressed pants (RW&co not to mention it) that broke between my legs at the office while I was meeting a supplier... I’m so glad I turned to dickie’s they have strong inseams and are nice too ?? now I just received my charcoal and black pairs of the same 874s

I put an order in October (1 month and a half ago) and paid an extra $20 for express delivery for 3-6 day shipping... 1 month later, no confirmation of shipping. So, I decided to call customer service and got the run around for a week, then decided to drive to the actual warehouse to get some answers. The administration assistant got in touch with the actual customer service manager who seemed helpful at first and eventually figured out that my order was "lost" and told me that if I re-ordered, then she would have it expedited. Well, customer service again isn't responding and my order still hasn't been shipped and I'm doubting it will anytime soon. My best advice is to make your payment with PayPal so PayPal can get you your money back for you when customer service neglects your questions. Do not use your credit card!!! I've been a customer of Dickies since 1996 and recently something has gone terribly wrong with their shipping/customer service. It's sad to see such a good product being mishandled by incompetent people.
