★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Company MSM Fine Foods inc. has been working with Container Solutions for the past 2 years now. I try and recommend them to everyone I know, they are very fast, reliable, have great customer service and always make sure to go above and beyond to satisfy all our container unloading needs.
Before I started using Container Solutions, I was constantly changing companies to do all our unloading needs and I could not find anyone that showed up on time, had fast workers, and that were constantly available to unload my containers.
At Container Solutions they have never been late, they have never declined to do a container, even if it is at 5AM or 9PM, they always make sure to get the job done and their workers are very professional when they are at my warehouse.
It is very hard to find companies like this and for that reason alone, I will continue using container solutions for all my unloading needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst service i have ever experienced. The owner of Container Solutions; Mike Jones sent a lumper (Shane) to unload a container of ginger during the morning of June 6, 2017. A few hours later Mike came to the warehouse and said he was there to help Shane finish the container. I went to check on their work at 2:30 pm and they both were gone without any communication. I called Mike, no response. I continued to call his mobile for the next 4 hours, and finally received a text message at 7 pm after i called the business twice stating the situation. His text read "Just got out of a meeting; yes Shane left. He went to go finish off some containers i needed done at another location. He was going to come back but didn't. We have a busy day tomorrow also. I doubt i will have anyone available." I could go on about how unprofessional our phone call was but i feel it would be redundant, in conclusion he did not finish the container and claimed he would be to busy to finish the job AT ALL. To top it off he felt that not charging for the 4 hours labour would be more than enough compensation for this major inconvenience and unprofessional service which included walking off the job with NO notice or plan to return. All in all it was an extremely dissatisfying experience and i will make sure every company that asks my recommendation for container lumping services knows about the awful service i received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Mike Jones sent me an estimate before the job was complete. I had some questions about duplicate fees which I sent over by email. I never receive a reply or an invoice. He just billed the CC the estimate and I haven’t heard from him.
Beware, you could be billed an estimate that doesn’t reflect the job.

We have 8 + vendors in our facility and we are always confident Mike and his team can handle any one of them without issue or on short notice.
