I have been house hunting for over 2 months now, and I have newer encountered a realtor as rude, arrogant, ill-mannered, and dishonest realtor as her. She has zero respect for the clients and no social manner at all. I would greatly advise not to have her as a realtor since she just repels the potential customers.

Hands down the best realtor in Calgary, no, all of Canada. I was moving from Ontario to Alberta and Diana made the process not only easy, but a lot of fun. She went above and beyond every step of the way and I would happily recommend her to everyone looking for a place in Calgary.

She deserves more than 5 stars!!! I would give her 10 if I could! Super happy to have her as my realtor in Alberta. (Moving from Ontario) She was very responsive from the get go. Although my budget for my condo in Calgary wasn't really big and I was being quite picky about everything lol but she was so patient with me and arranged a lot of viewings during my short stay in Calgary. She is super friendly, however when it came to business she got the job done so quickly and efficiently! I am very satisfied that I was able to purchase my house within my budget thanks to her great negotiation skills. She even went to my home inspection on behalf of me because I wasn't in the province at the time. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work!!!

Diana: Unfortunately the reviews that say she is rude and arrogant are true. She sold my house but she never did an actual market analysis of what the value of my house was at the time of selling, then she quickly ran out of patience when we were looking for a new house after we sold, she called me names like liar, and gossiper and that I bring bad energy, so unprofessional, I’ve never encountered someone more unprofessional than her. We ended up buying our new home with someone else. She never took the time to explain the contract in detail. She said many negative things about my house, making me loose confidence in my own property. I feel we undersold in a sellers market and she never negotiated a better price on our behalf, no advice on how much to negotiate down or not. She never told us what options we had when the buyers were asking for 6 or 7 items to be repaired or inspected, and for us to pay for all that, (in a sellers market!!) and we agreed to pay because we thought we had to do it, not knowing better, that we could say no to their requests, or agree to just some, because her expertise here was not provided. I feel I could have done just as good selling my house on Kijiji without paying a $25k commission for almost no service. I feel that she couldn’t get rid of us faster, to make a quick large commission that she hardly worked for. We hired a real estate agent for expertise and negotiating skills and we got pretty much none. Such a sad and bad experience. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Diana is seriously one of the hardest working realtors out there. My wife and I are so happy that we chose her to sell our place. It is because of her work ethic that our place sold within 3 days of meeting her! We met Thursday evening, she helped stage, got photos taken and then listed Friday. She set up an open house on Sunday and it sold that evening. And because of the quick turn around we were able to secure our forever home shortly after. Again with the help of Diana who happily made time to show us potential homes anytime we requested. Her experience and vast knowledge of not only realty but of home construction is quite impressive. I work in construction and she was able to point out things I over looked or was unaware of myself which really helped in our home buying decision. Any realtor can sell a home but not many of them will go the extra mile and really fight for you as Diana had done for us. Getting us top dollar for our place and ultimately the best deal and conditions for our new home. We highly recommend Diana. She seriously is the best!
