Her photographer/iGuide guy was superb, and in addition she created drone footage - one mesmerizing, 1 minute clip inside the house, and another clip highlighting the outside and capitalizing on the features of the property as well as surroundings - it really showed what the community had to offer. Anni is always on time, stays in constant communication, discusses all her plans with her client ahead of time, adapts in real time with ongoing tweaks and changes to the marketing strategy or suggested pricing. She is so respectful, considerate and professional. She exudes confidence and knowledgeability so that we felt certain we were doing the best things to get a “best sale”.
