★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole entire company is filled with ignorant rude customer service representatives even the manager is unreasonably ill-mannered. They do not try to help at all and do not listen to what people are trying to say before cutting in. If they are done with what they wanted to say, they just hang you up. No wonder the representatives are so rude because that's how the manager behaves too! These people should be ashamed of themselves!!
I was trying to explain to them "honestly" about the situation, but they were predisposed with what they wanted to do and say already so nothing went in and no help was given. The ABSOLUTELY WORST customer services by far in the whole entire BC!! Absolutely hate this parking company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is like dealing with a brick wall don't waste your time they can't seem too comprehend low light conditions or the fact that they wouldn't try to get ahold of the owner of the property so he could replace his stationary property light. the fact that this company has this kind of mentality to public safety when they're trying to provide a service to the owner. I recommend going to one of their competitors instead that actually know and care for what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could rate 0 stars I would. my boyfriend and I weren’t even gone for close to 10 minutes and by the time we came back we had an $80 ticket. they waited for us to get out of our car and walk away. I tried to dispute the ticket but they are awful to deal with. professional scam artist! when i asked to dispute it, my reasoning being that there were NO PARKING METERS to pay for parking. they were very rude and reading all the reviews left i think i’ll be filing a complaint with the city & bcaa. just the pure arrogance rolling off this company is disgusting. will be sending a complaint into management as well.

Their favourite pastime is to issue parking tickets for "leaving the lot" to people who have done no such thing. I'm pretty sure all of their staff are blind or hallucinating because they clearly can't see people stay on the lot.
