I just had to walk over to check Tomokazu out. Fabulous food - assorted sushi etc plus mango pudding and orange slices to end the feast. There are two automatic delivery robots to amuse you as well.

New menu. New price. New look. New management. I have been going to this AYCE establishment for over 15 years. It was great to see a newly renovated, uncluttered, and brightly coloured space. That also goes for their diverse staff. Pros: -The food quality was fresh and good. -Staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. -Clean and following covid protocols. Cons: -Set increase in price ($22 lunch; $37 dinner). -Limited selections on food and menus. -Ordering 2 rounds max per visit. Make sure you get everything in. -QR ordering system was not the greatest. -Adopted the children height rule from the previous owner. Overall, it was good. I would at least give it a try once and decide for yourself.

Food was great, our robot server was mediocre at best but the fish was exceptionally fresh. This business has changed hands over the last couple years and the menu simplified(sized down) sadly the fresh oysters are no more !?

Oh my god! What a good restaurant. It is my first time to have ALL YOU CAN EAT in Vancouver. The food is tasty and the staff is professional. I highly recommend all of you to try this restaurant.

Inside vibe is cold (in temperature and ambiance). Food is very average. Most definitely not worth it for the price - we paid $95 for two people’s AYCE dinner. Servers are incredibly sweet, and the other reason I am not giving a 1 star rating. Please spend your money more wisely by going to a non-buffet!

I would highly recommend going through the 1 star reviews and the replies for recreation purpose while you wait. We were really satisfied and everyone had a hard time walking. People who carry so much hate about the price is better off with a McDonald happy meal, likely that’s the only thing for the price where they could find happiness. As a returning customer, I hope the place could be around longer to carry on the great memories. The new owner perhaps just want to figure out a way to survive. Keep on the work, Tomokazu.

This place doesn’t deserve all the negative reviews. Vancouver foodies… it’s an AYCE place. Set your expectations low and you will be pleasantly surprised. The aburi salmon is good, so our group definitely ordered our β€œmoneys worth”. You are not going to get this much selection and pieces from a regular sushi place for the same price anymore. AYCE is sacrificing quality for quantity, and for the experience. ⭐️ Enjoyed the gyoza, salmon teriyaki, goma ae, sashimi, and selection of rolls. The chopped scallop is okay. Everything is by the piece! Mango pudding is just as I remembered from Ninkazu ❀️ yummy place, great for big groups because you can each order individually from a QR code that sends it to the kitchen, and the little cat robot is very cute. Surprisingly none of our orders slipped, but they do combine the orders for the table if you order from multiple devices. We had 9 people. Service is a bit slow but friendly. If you talk with your friends or browse your phone, you won’t notice it. We left full and happy.

Quality is better than before. What really impressed me is how accurate the ordering is. The amount we ordered was perfect and all items came. Prices did increase, and now caters to a more upscale experience. Compared to what this restaurant used to look like, it has come a long way. Also, there is a robot serving food, but still able to flag a server with ease. Staff are friendly and helpful.
