★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended them to us. So we decided to visit them. The store is amazing. They have soooo many lights. We were very comfortable to shop there because their sales people really helped us out with selection of our lights. We bought all of our lights for our new house from them about two week ago and we are very happy with the lights and the customer service. We would definitely shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Would not purchase lights from them again. I ordered two lights online for pick up in the store. Never heard back from them so called and they assured me they were ordered and would be in the following Tuesday. I went into the store the following week and they said "no it is NEXT Tuesday." I went back into the store the next Tuesday and still no lights. They said they would check and get back to me. I called again after two days of not hearing from anyone to be told that Fed Ex had lost them but they were reordering them and they would be in by Tuesday and they would install them free of charge. They setup an appointment to do the install the following Tuesday and I never heard back from them. I left three messages and no one called me back. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Beware.

Vick checked stock , called me back within 5 minutes and we were in the store in talking with Vick , He was professional , explained many options , pricing on the light was fair , the shop is impeccably clean . Will definitely make more purchases. Good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite honestly the worst buying experience I’ve ever had in Edmonton.
Beautiful store, tons of great options but from the get go had nothing but problems.
Tried to order lights in store and they told me I needed to order them online to avoid paying extra fees (odd) their online website is terrible, called the store three times before I got ahold of someone to process the order. The price online vs. in store was different (lower online, and they wouldn’t honour it) They told me the order would take 4 weeks, it took 9 weeks, upon trying to call to get an update on our purchase (good luck trying to get someone on the phone) the extremely unfriendly sales person told me on three occasions “they’ll be here Friday or Monday” so when I called back she would say “ I said next Friday or Monday”.
When we finally picked up our order, they dropped them at the front on the floor and she said “they’re ready” & that was it. No niceties or thanks for shopping with us etc.
Upon further review of the items when we got home, we found out they only ordered 3/4 lights we asked for, and gave us the floor sample (which was scratched and still had a bulb in it) but charged us full price on 4/4. Terrible terrible customer service, 10/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After FIVE separate phone calls I was finally able to talk to a the sales rep looking for pendant lighting. I was told that the lighting that I picked out was in stock that availability wasn't a problem. When I arrived at the store on the day as scheduled I was told that they don't have the light nor was it available. Leaving us in a bind prior to opening our show home. I would recommend using a company that is much more professional and diligent in dealing with their customers.
