β β β β β went their for a legal will a while back. The positives are that the quality of the work was good and they were efficient, but I did not appreciate their coldness and apathy. I came in on a weekday evening and they seemed very rushed to get me out of there even though they were happy to book the appointment at that time! The only time their lawyer showed any interest in her work was when it came to processing my payment. The rest of the time she seemed like she was going through the motions and bored with her work. I'd rather take my business to a firm that treats me like a human being, not a walking wallet.
