He made the whole process so much easier to manage during a time when you’re being pulled in different directions. He is highly responsive, takes the time to explain everything and, for me, even went above and beyond by meeting with a bank manager on my closing day to ensure the transactions went according to plan. Weeks have passed since then, and his professionalism hasn’t changed one bit as we deal with potential title insurance claims.
