It is very modern, stylish and is designed to be environmentally friendly as well. The finishes and the options available in customizing our own unit are really great. There are so many choices to make our living area more comfortable and to meet our needs and wants! They were also very helpful in helping us to make our choices and were able to answer all of our questions! It is very evident that Devron Developments are stellar at what they do. They have designed a spectacular building and we cannot wait to move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devron - sales staff -1140 Yonge Street - Arrogant, manipulative, slow on follow up, and pretentious with a young cocky sense self importance. Unless this changes this staff will alienate potential clients, there representatives and the community. Honesty, integrity, disclosure, and working with the community, representatives is expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management , parking problems all the time cars are getting towed away every day while they have more than 100 free spots to park , facilities are ready after long time , fire alarm problem almost everyday , bad quality materials been used on the house , the unit is not even painted only prime , windows are not sealed , all entrance doors are damaged on construction time and its mot fixed yet . Still construction going on after 2 years
