Based on Google reviews, I contacted Tiger, who took time to take a look at the tree that very same day, took some samples, made some initial assessment and advised on how to improve the conditions right away. He was bang on in his diagnosis. Tiger was very knowledgeable and professional. We’re definitely calling him in the future for any tree concerns! Highly recommend.

They left the yard in immaculate shape - they cleaned up all the branches and chipped them. Tiger was wonderful to work with - listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I was taking a photo of the name and phone number on their truck the owner, Tiger, said a friendly hello. Just then the owner of the property came by and said how happy she was with the work and highly recommended them. Good reference, so I did not get other quotes. A few days later Tiger came down my 125 stairs to give me and estimate. He is an arborist and is very knowledgeable about his trade. I have a large property with lots of trees. Tiger and I discussed the plan for some trimming around power lines and removal of some branches and a bush. I was very impressed that he did not push me to do more than was necessary. The price he quoted seemed reasonable and I feel they must be popular, as I had to wait awhile for my booking date. The day the workers came, which was just last week, they were prompt, efficient, careful and friendly. I'm happy with the trimming and removal of all debris from the site. They went the extra mile and even blew off my 125 stairs and driveway from the fallout of the branches. Excellent clean up as they chipped it all up and away they went. I know in the future I will need more tree work done and I will definitely reach out to Tiger and his team again.

Just as he’d been during his initial site inspection, Tiger was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His team tackled the job with great skill and precision. They slung ropes strategically and cut branches carefully so that each one slid down to the lawn with impressive accuracy. Not a single flower or plant was damaged. The crew communicated with each other like fire fighters, coordinating their actions for complete safety and efficiency. Tiger oversaw the entire operation, ensuring that every branch being cut would improve the structure of the tree and not create a visual hole. These folks really know their craft. Even more important, they know and love trees. When Tiger planned the pruning of several trees, he did it with careful regard for how the entire min-ecosystem in our yard would be affected. Scheduling took into account when the maple’s sap would be finished running, whether the honeysuckle was being used by hummingbirds, and if there was any trace of deadly birch borer beetles that might threaten the tree. Although their estimate was a bit higher than others, by the end of the day their price seemed a bargain. The work and clean-up were first-rate. I’m looking forward to their follow-up visit in a month to work on the hemlock, Japanese maple, and towering holly that require pruning later in the year. Rather than worrying about our treasured trees, I’m fully confident they’re in the best hands available.
